We propose a digital system for the Grasshopper Rhinoceros environment for designing a specific temporary architectural structure based on shape with a single fold that can be considered a deployable shelter surface for architectural purposes. We use the system to the One-Fold Project by Patkau Architects, which applied metal sheets as the original material in their prototype. In the proposed method, the system creates conic parts of the original shape part by part in such a way that allows the user to experience a similar model and control and change the value of parameters related to the geometric features of the shape.

Keywords: Sustainable architecture, developable surface, origami engineering.
