Second-order Fritz John primal and dual necessary conditions for weak efficiency of multiobjective fractional programs involving equality, inequality and set constraints are established. With a constraint qualification of Mangasarian-Fromovitz type, Kuhn-Tucker necessary conditions are provided as well as sufficient conditions for weak efficiency.

Keywords: Multiobjective fractional programming, local weak efficient solution, Fritz John and Kuhn-Tucker necessary conditions.
